DESCRIPTION:\nNate Jorgensen\nChief Executive Officer – Boise Cascade\nNate Jorgensen was named CEO of Boise Cascade Company in March 2020. He became chief operating officer in January 2019, responsible for overseeing the Wood Products and Building Materials Distribution divisions. Prior to his position as COO, he was the senior vice president of the Engineered Wood Products sales and marketing organization.\nNate joined Boise Cascade in 2015 after 28 years with Weyerhaeuser, where he held various leadership roles, including vice president of distribution operations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin and attended the Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University. He is a fellow of CEO Perspectives, a year-long program presented by the Corporate Leadership Center.\nNate is active in the Boise area communities where the Company is headquartered. He also serves on the board of directors for the American Wood Council (AWC) as well as IDACORP, Inc. and Idaho Power. Nate and his wife, Amy, have three sons.\n
