Outstanding Students:  Lilly Boggan, Captial High School and Skyla Oare, Frank Church High School
Lilly is an exceptional young lady and a positive role model for the students and staff at Capital High School.  Servant leadership is not just a theory for Lilly but is a pattern of leadership that she practices.  She is kind to those around her and looks out for the needs of others.  Due to these strengths, her peers and teachers seek her out for her opinion and leadership.  Lilly is currently student Body Vice President and has played varsity volleyball, varsity rugby, and golf during her three years at Captial High School.  Lilly is also an active member with All Saints Presbyterian Church and frequently volunteers to provide child care during services.  She is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and plans to continue her military career by attending the Air Force Academy after graduation.
Skyla Oare has been a student at Frank Church High School since October of 2013.  She enrolled having earned only 1 high school credit.  She is now graduating a full year early with 56 credits – 8 more than is required.  To achieve that goal she has done online courses and received elective credit for working full time on top of a full day of school.  Skyla has become one of the most respected students at Frank Church by peers and staff alike.  Skyla is a member of the National Honor Society, Green Dot, Idaho Lives, Coordinated a school-wide fundraiser for The WCA, participated in stuff the bus and the Frank Church blood drive.  She has been accepted to Idaho State in the Nursing program and will be receiving her nursing assistant certification through the Darryl Dennis Technical Center soon.
