Leave of Absence

A Leave of Absence (LOA) may be granted for up to 4 months, allowing members to
step away temporarily from club activities while maintaining their membership status.

  • Acceptable Reasons: financial hardship, temporary schedule conflict, medical reasons.
  • Monthly Maintenance Fee: Members on LOA will be billed $30 every other month to
    retain their membership.
  • Extended Absence: If the LOA extends beyond 4 months, the club reserves the right to
    cancel the membership.
  • Rejoining the Club: Members wishing to return after their membership has been
    canceled will be subject to a $30 reactivation fee to reinstate their membership.
    This policy ensures that members have the flexibility to take a necessary break while
    maintaining their connection to the club.
